Corporate experience includes creating investment LLCs for groups of private investors to buy technology assets; negotiating technology license agreement on behalf of Stanford University professor for sale of technology; drafting technology development agreements on behalf of digital technology start-up; developing and drafting company contracts, including advertising and partnering contracts, as well as content license and freelance agreements for start-up internet content company.
